How do I return an item?
All returns must be authorized, and you are responsible for shipping costs. Please contact us at returns@darbizhu.com for a Return Authorization if you wish to return an item.
Return Policy
Dar Bizhu wants you to be happy. Period. We understand that sometimes when you purchase jewelry online, and then you get it and....well, it's not quite what you thought it would look like, or you just don't like the way it looks on you. Or perhaps you bought it for someone else, and he or she doesn't like it. In any case, Dar Bizhu will gladly accept returns of all merchandise and give you a full refund (less shipping) if you return your jewelry in its original condition and it is post-marked within 15 days of your receipt. If it is post-marked after 15 days, but before 30 days, we will give you a store credit. Dar Bizhu will not accept any returns after 30 days. All sale merchandise is Final Sale.
We recommend that you return the item via FedEx or UPS, and that you purchase insurance because we cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur before we receive it. Once Dar Bizhu receives the item, your refund will be credited to your credit card used for purchase.
